These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SteadyLayer website at steadylayer.app (the "Site"), operated by BrookFord LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the SteadyLayer marketing and informational website. Individual SteadyLayer products (such as SteadyPractice, SteadyTrainer, SteadyWalker, SteadySalon, SteadyTutor, and SteadyCoach) are governed by their own terms of service.

The SteadyLayer name and logo, as well as all related product names (SteadyPractice, SteadyTrainer, SteadyWalker, SteadySalon, SteadyTutor, SteadyCoach), trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are trademarks of BrookFord LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
